Resumo

There are many equipment available to clean the cooling fluid applied to metalworking processes. Among these systems was selected equipment that would be self-sufficient and not harm the environment, in an ecologically correct way. For this development, the Machsystem® supplier, specialists and owners of this technology, was a partner. The equipment is classified as SFU-E (Universal Ecological System for Qualification of Coolant) with a flow rate of 80L.min-1, capacity of the tank in 400 L and guarantee of filtration in 30 microns in the particulate present in the rectification operation. Within this context, the objective of this work was to apply the external tangential rectification of the dive to a piece with two diameters rectified simultaneously applied in electrical diration systems, in order to evaluate the ecological filtration system. The ecological filtration system has a flow rate of 80 L.min-1 with low variation, and particles less than 30 microns after filtration. Two try-outs were performed. In the first one, it was observed a variation in the relation of the exit flow, not reaching the objective. Making improvements in the system, which generated load loss, new tests were carried out. In the following tests, already in the second try-out, stability was achieved in relation to the amplitude, together with the flow rate of 80 L.min-1. This stabilization is due to the correction of the size of the fluid passageway. After the discharge was approved, the filtration capacity of the ecological system was analyzed. The largest particle size found at the exit of the blade filter was 0.008 mm.
