This paper describes a series of experimental analyses made to verify the influence of the adjusting conditions of the control system of the EDM-machine on the geometry of microholes for injection nozzles produced with electrical discharge machining. The EDM-machining process of such holes with diameters smaller as 0,15 mm is extremely sensitive against variations of the parameters related to the closed-loop control of the tool-machine. The article also explains the operating principle of this system. The experiments' results has been obtained through the modification of two different parameters of the closed-loop control system of an EDM-machine model AGIE Quadraton, in dependence on the machining depth of the tool-electrode in the hole being machined.
