Acting directly in the area of parts and accessories sales for Volvo Penta dealers and Direct Customers in South America;
Preserving the image of Volvo Penta, making constant visits to Volvo Penta dealers, Direct Customers, events, fairs, etc, with a focus on sales and development of new business opportunities;
Maintain updated customer records and strengthen relationships in order to understand the specific demand of each customer;
Process orders according to procedure and deadlines defined by Volvo Penta;
Know Volvo Penta's internal procedures related to credit, shipping and delivery;
Finding, contacting, and developing new leads;
Respond to customer requests by addressing issues internally;
Make product recommendations based on customer needs;
Prepare reports, predict market trends and propose new ideas for new business development and sales growth.

Requirements:
Superior Course - preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office;
Desirable previous experience in commercial area;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Fluent English and Spanish;
Ability to work independently;
Analytical skills for problem solving;
Ability to develop and maintain external relationships;
Availability to travel frequently;
